Porsche 911 Turbo & Turbo S Hydraulic Spoiler Drive Rebuild Service
The 2001-2013 Porsche 911 Turbo/Turbo S has an active spoiler, which automatically raises and lowers based on vehicle speed. After many years, the hydraulic system fails due to leaking seals and other worn or broken hydraulic system parts. Cabriolet Hydraulics offers a comprehensive spoiler drive system rebuild, addressing all points of failure to restore full function. With our service, we:
- Replace the old actuators with completely new actuator assemblies.
- Repair and upgrade critical pump components.
- Replace the aged factory hoses using new high-strength European hose material and precision American-made fittings.
Our spoiler drive rebuild service covers the following Porsche part numbers:
- 99651224101 – 2001-2005 996 Coupe or Cabriolet
- 99751211102 – 2007-2013 997 Coupe

Rear Spoiler Drive Rebuild Service
- Our rebuild service of your spoiler drive includes new actuator cylinders, housing wipers, new hoses, and upgraded pump components.
- Pricing assumes your parts have not been tampered with or damaged. Take care in removing your parts and packing them for shipping.
- Turnaround time is 4-5 business days from the time we receive your spoiler drive. We will call for payment once the rebuild is complete.
- Remove your entire hydraulic assembly to send to us. This includes the pump, the lines, and the actuators.
- Don’t send the wiring harness unless there is a problem with the microswitches. You can leave the wiring harness in the car. It will make removal and re-installation much easier.
- For 997 spoiler drives, don’t remove the plastic wavy pump mounting bracket. It must be sent in with the pump.

Cabriolet Hydraulics manufactures new key components that are critical to the performance and durability of the spoiler drive system, including actuator cylinders and pistons, lead screw and support blocks, and hose assemblies. These parts are produced in our facility to ensure the highest level of quality.
After our rebuild process, the spoiler drive system undergoes a hydraulic fluid fill/bleed and precise balancing. You receive a calibrated and ready-to-install system at a significantly lower cost than a factory replacement.
Along with leaking seals, common
factory part failures include cracked
blocks and rusty/broken springs.
We replace critical internal components
with new and improved parts to increase
longevity over the original factory parts.
Cabriolet Hydraulics’ new replacement hoses
feature premium materials for superior
durability and leak/corrosion resistance.
