Convertible Top Hydraulic Hoses
Cabriolet Hydraulics supplies new high pressure replacement hoses, also known as lines or pipes, for most convertible top hydraulic applications. We offer hoses in two sizes: DN2 and DN3. The DN2 hoses have a 2mm (smaller bore) internal diameter. The DN3 hoses have a 3mm (larger bore) internal diameter. All of our hoses are direct-fit and do not require any special fitting adapters. Our hydraulic hoses have a burst pressure rating of over 27,500 psi or 1,900 bar. In comparison, most modern convertible top hydraulic systems operate at a maximum pressure of 2,900 psi or 200 bar. Hose material manufacturer-certified pressure rating is clearly printed on all of our hoses.
We partnered with a hose manufacturer in Europe to select the best materials to produce hoses that perform with superior physical strength, flexibility, kink resistance, chemical resistance, low moisture diffusion, and longevity. Our hoses are assembled in the USA with high quality zinc-plated steel connectors.
DN2 Size Hoses
We offer new DN2 (2mm internal diameter) replacement hoses for applications originally equipped with 1.8mm or 2mm internal diameter hoses. Look for designations printed on the factory hose, such as: DN1.8 or AF1.8 for 1.8mm internal diameter hoses, and DN2.0 or AF2.0 for 2mm internal diameter hoses. DN3 Size Hoses
The larger DN3 hoses are our popular replacements for decomposing factory hoses for the convertibles listed below. These convertibles generally have lower hydraulic pressure systems that require larger inner diameter hoses to ensure unrestricted flow, faster top actuation, and reduced hydraulic pump stress.

Our DN3 hose is nearly 1mm smaller than the outer diameter of the factory hose. The smaller outer diameter allows the Cabriolet Hydraulics hoses to fit more easily in some installations such as the Jaguar XK8/XKR, Rolls-Royce Corniche, Bentley Azure, and Ferrari 355 Spider.
